Games To Follow December 20

After an exceptional night of basketball which saw a Top 25 battle, another Top 25 team go down in Arts and one of the more eye-popping scores we have ever seen in New Jersey HS Basketball(Saint Marys 84 Wallington 4)...

What can Wednesday do as an encore?

#1 Don Bosco Prep(2-0) vs Long Island Lutheran(NY)(6-0) 4:30 at City Of Palms

*JD Core Training North Jersey Game Of The Day*

The game is not being played inside the boundaries of the Garden State, but there is no denying the magnitude of the LuHi-Bosco matchup. Elite talent takes the floor for both teams as nationally ranked LuHi brings a host of high major players to the table.

Bosco will counter with Rutgers commit Dylan Harper, DePaul transfer Jordan Ghee, Brady Loughlin, big man Keiner Asprilla and Isaiah Brown. The Ironmen dominated McEachern(GA) and Harper's future Rutgers temmate Ace Bailey last night.

Can they knock off another national powerhouse program today? We'll find out at 4:30.

Union City(0-1) vs #5 Saint Peter's Prep(2-0), 4:30 PM

Union City entered the season with promising freshman Anthony Gonzalez and a crop of returnees in the backcourt hoping to have a soaring start. The Eagles were knocked down before even taking flight in a 51-48 opening night loss to Memorial of West New York. They now face a rebound game against one of the top teams in the state in Saint Peter's Prep. While Saint Peter's has a loaded backcourt and plenty of size, Union City will look to be punching after getting knocked to the canvas in their opener and look to prove they belong in the Hudson County top tier.

Other Games To Follow:

Millville(1-1) vs #18 Middle Twp(2-0), 5:30 PM

Whippany Park(2-0) vs Hanover Park(1-2), 7 PM

Randolph(2-0) vs Mendham(2-0), 7 PM
